customer care in German for software product
Budget: $10 – $1,000 USD
We are looking for German-speaking person for a wide range of tasks related to helping customers getting started with our software (de.webbsc.com).
The scope of the tasks:
-- making video tutorials (like this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCILar6QBDI but in German)
-- translating EN > DE (interface, articles, releasing translated articles to a website).
-- talking to the customers (zendesk, live calls)
The first task would be to make a video tutorial (like shown in the link above) in German version of the software. We'll provide you with German script, your goal will be record a screencast video with German version of the software. Please, bid for the project according to this task.
