Review of outsourcing contract between german and french company

We are a french company and we are contracting a german fashion stylist to do our first collection. She operates through her own company, registered gmbh in Germany. She proposed us a standard german contract for design (4 pages), in german. We would need someone who can review it for us and explain to us what's in there and make sure all the points we discussed are mentioned.
