Medical Report to be Translated from German into English

I have a medical report (not heavy), includes lab results (total pages = 8 pages), I want to translate from German into English. In the report, there are some pictures and charts which I need to take (screenshot) copy and paste them and just translate the German words which appears on the picture. If you are expert in Medical terms, and you can translate from German into English, please let me know. The project is due to be received today night or tomorrow morning max.
