Re-Making/Improvement and Translation for existing wordpress website (German>English)

My Website only exists in German at the moment, but I want it to be in English also. This is one part of it. But there are more things to change on the website. At the moment I am not sure where to start. Maybe it is easier to translate it first, change it (in english, more freelancer available) and from there translate it back to German also. The website is noheto.de
