Germany tutor

We are an online education company (https://www.tutorchase.com/) which matches academic tutors with high school students. We currently have a team of over 600 UK and US tutors but are now looking to expand internationally to Europe. We are looking for a native German speaker with knowledge of the German education system to help set up the German branch of our company. This role will involve
- Translating the website from English to German
- Writing text in German for marketing purposes (e.g. Google Ads)
- Determining the different tutoring services offered based on the German education system
- Doing research on the tutoring industry in Germany and on competitor tutoring companies
- Recruiting and communicating with tutors
- Initially responding to requests from parents and students
