German transcribers and QA needed

Hi, we are looking for people to work on our German transcription project. Work will be done via TCS platform and payment will be made 1 week into the new month.
Accuracy = 80% (if accuracy is less, it will be multipled by the effective hours to get the pay
QA= $20
Condition: must be an experienced transcribe or Editor.
