German speaking virtual assistant

This is a very simple project . We have a parcel we shipped to Germany and for over a week the tracking says out for delivery. Amazon has yet to receive it .
We need someone to call the local post in Germany and ask them if they can tell us where the package is and why it is not being delivered.
Please don’t waste our time if you are not fluent in German . We don’t understand why so many people from SE Asian countries apply and can’t speak the language.
