German customer support
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
We are looking for a full-time customer service agent able to start his duty immediately.
We are an online health & beauty brand based in Germany (so your work hours will be German time) and are looking for a customer service agent for the following duties:
- Answer calls & emails from customers who need update about their order, more information about our products, customer complaints, or help to place an order on our website.
You will be assisted with German colleagues to help you via Skype and Zoom.
Estimated work flow:
- 10 to 15 calls to answer per day
- 30-50 emails to answer per day
We are looking for somebody able to work from Monday to Friday: 9h to 12h - 13h to 17h. German time.
This job can be longterm if you are serious and motivated. Or shorter term if you can only work a certain amount of time.
