We are looking for a German speaking SAP CRM trainer available between late August and early September to design and deliver training to a team of 10 members of staff. Staff include administration, supervisors and sale representatives.
The business is a multi-national FMCG, floated on the NYSE with many well known brands.
The scope is outlined below:
- Attend client calls to understand training requirements.
- Design training curriculum for the administration, supervisors and sales representatives.
- Carry out training (onsite or remote) in German
- Create training guide content for each team
