German Scriptwriter/Copywriter for Video Ads

We are a YouTube advertising agency, helping our clients run successful YouTube ad campaigns.
We are in an immediate need for several German copywriters for writing marketing/sales scripts.
We produce long form video ads (2-3 minutes). There is an established process and structure for the script. You will be provided with a detailed outline comprised of building blocks and bullet points which you should use as the basis for writing a script.
We expect you to successfully deliver within estimated time. You will be required to follow clear instructions and stick to best practices. However, we also strongly encourage you to think outside the box. A creative mindset is a great advantage.
We are open to work with you on a long- term basis and pay fair compensation for great work. We only pay for deliverables - meaning a certain amount per script (which we can define together) since we believe in outcomes not hours worked.
