Customer / Technical support specialist (German + English)

Now we are looking for:
1) Customer/Technical Support Specialist with English + German C1 level

You will be directly involved in the operations of our foreign client, based in Swiss, who developed a modern blood pressure monitor product and application.

Remote position.
Monday-Friday, 09 am - 6 pm (GMT+3)

Your responsibilities:
-Support users — via chat, email and call
-Responding to customer inquiries

-Fluent in German + English;
-Clear diction (no defects or emphasis);
-Computer skills: advanced user (MS office, work with Google documents, mail, Excel);
-Perhaps without work experience, but with a desire to learn.
