Cardiac Sarcoidosis German Video Footage

We have footage of heart disease patients from Germany describing their experience with a rare disease called Cardiac Sarcoidosis. The footage is all in German and needs to be translated to English so that the editor can understand what they are working with. There is about 24 minutes of footage.
