Call a given number and read email

Hi

I am looking for a person who can call a given number (we will provide the number) on receiving an email and read content of email. I am looking for someone who is already working 01:00 to 03:00 CEST (many countries have day during these hours so better for them) and can just make a call over the internet to the given number. So no phone cost.

Please put bid for a month. There wont be more than 15 mins of work in whole week. But you have to keep an eye for email like keep checking your email during the mentioned time.
