Beginner German for Healthcare Work

I am a healthcare professional starting from scratch with German and need practical language skills I can immediately apply on the job. Because I am a complete beginner, I would like a structured yet flexible lesson plan that moves me toward an A1/A2 B1/B2 level and C1 in medical language , focusing on everyday workplace communication—greeting patients, taking basic medical histories, reading simple charts, and writing short notes or emails.
What I have in mind
• A personalised curriculum that blends general beginner grammar with healthcare-specific vocabulary and dialogues.
• Live online sessions two or three times a week (Zoom, Skype, or similar), backed up by short interactive exercises I can complete between classes.
• Regular checkpoints—every four weeks—to review progress and adjust pacing or content if needed.
• Practical materials: role-play scripts, flashcards, audio clips, and short readings sourced from real hospital scenarios.
You are free to use any reputable resources (Goethe-Institut texts, Hueber Schritte International, Anki decks, etc.) as long as they support a communicative, task-based approach. Native speakers with experience teaching beginners or professionals in the medical field will be a strong fit, but I remain open to any tutor who can demonstrate clear results.
