Translate a short formal letter from English to German. .rtf to .pdf

I need a short letter to my Haushofmeisterin translated as soon as possible. I prefer someone who is fluent in both German and English, and familiar with formal writing in Germany. I will read this letter aloud to my Haushofmeisterin, or mail it to her if she is not there. Please be as respectful as possible and apologetic as well.
