Translate files from English to German

I am looking for an experienced translator to help me translate a large set of files from English to German. The files are PDFs and are of 2380 pages. I am looking for a native who doesn't use Google, DeepL or any other software. I want 100% manual work. Translation needs to be smooth and easy to understand. TAT 12 hours.
