Localize video content from English to German

Looking to Localize video scripts and video content from English to German including Translation, Lip sync Dubbing (Voice Over), Mixing and Subtitling of Video Files. The voice overs needed are both male and female. The reference video is yet to be aquired from the Client and will be shared shortly. The costing is needed with a break up per component as mentioned above. It is a turnkey project and will keep coming in on a regular basis.
