Project Description:
The objective of this project is to find a suitable flat in Zurich for less than 1200 CHF per month. To accomplish this goal, you will need to create a list of real estate agencies in selected neighborhoods, introduce yourself as my assistant, and schedule viewings in my name until we find a flat.
Project Deliverables:
A list of real estate agencies in selected neighborhoods
Call and email the agencies to introduce me and inquire about available flats.
Schedule viewings in my name at convenient times (schedule will be shared to selected person)
Handle communication with real estate agency and ensure all documents requested are provided.
Project Timeline:
Day 1:
Identify preferred neighborhoods and create a list of real estate agencies
Email to the agencies and inquire about available flats.
Schedule viewings at convenient times.
Day 2:
Answer to E-mails.
Call agencies that did not answer and prompt them to answer and or inform of available flats and viewings.
Schedule appointments and send needed documentation in a timely manner.
Project Requirements:
A German speaker with excellent communication skills
Ability to schedule viewings at convenient times
Experience with negotiating rental agreements.
