Our main expertise is in the development and delivery of chemical additives used to:
- reduce excess mud and slurry in groundwork operations
- control setting times in concrete mixes
- improve the flow properties of soil and cement

Rather than being a mass manufacturer, we work closely with construction companies to co-create custom solutions.
We're also open to co-patenting innovations that arise from real-world applications.
Our pricing is transparent and often more accessible than that of large corporations.

What the Role Involves

We’re looking for a capable assistant with bilingual fluency in German and English who can:

- Help identify the appropriate points of contact at German construction-related companies (e.g., BASF)
- Write and send professional messages in German (via LinkedIn or email)
- Attend online calls and serve as a language bridge between parties
- Assist with translation and ongoing follow-up communication

Who We’re Looking For

- Strong command of both German and English (Japanese knowledge welcome but not required)
- Background in outreach, interpretation, or related roles
- Ideally located in Germany or has experience working with German-based businesses
- Reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented

Compensation & Next Steps

Estimated hourly rate: $20 to $40 USD
Initial test project: ~2–3 hours including outreach and a short meeting
Possibility of expanding into a longer-term role depending on fit
