We are looking for Native German speakers from Germany only for a call center conversation recording project.

Hospital / Healthcare
Travel
Retail
Duration: ~35 minutes per topic session (4 sessions total)
Total Recording Time: ~2.5 hours

Role Requirements
1 person acts as Customer Service Agent
1 person acts as Customer
Each speaker must act as Customer Service Agent at least once
Requirements

Native German speakers
Natural conversations and clear audio
Quiet recording environment
