Chat Moderation

I am looking for an experienced chat moderator to moderate our platform, which includes 1:1 profiles and pays out every 15 days with a 20% profile fee. The moderator will be expected to be online at the peak times of the day, but will be able to schedule their own hours otherwise. The level of moderation required is moderate, meaning that the moderator needs to be actively monitoring and taking action on all chat activity, as well as engaging conversations and encouraging users to write.
