Requirements
Min. 3 years experience in sales, business development or recruiting in a competitive environment
Speak German on a native level
Familiar with working with CRM systems
Self driven and “never give up” attitude
Basic knowledge of IT / software development is a plus
Work experience at a HR consulting company is a plus
Tasks
Reach out to decision makers from IT on the phone (focus) and social networks
Research prospect organizations and identify right decision makers which match to company strategy
Understand customer requirements and sharing these with our recruiting team
Administration of our CRM system
(Negotiate contracts)
