Biographical writer with knowledge in history

I am looking for an experienced and creative writer to elaborate and bring life the history of

The facts are transcribed from an interview conduction on April 7th 2008 with a family member, prior to his death.

The testimony recounts the history of the family during Nazi Germany, while focusing on the interviewee's parent's escape from Nazi occupied Poland.

While facts are provided, I am looking for a creative writer who can bring the story to life with detail. The story should read freely, This work is not intended for publishing, but rather as a memoire to be passed to the remaining living family members. I have therefore not set any minimums or maximum page counts.

The details should include important descripting elements about daily life in the Lodz Ghetto, German protocols and laws at the time over German occupied Poland, and the daily routine of people living within the confines of the Ghetto. Historical research and creative writing skills are therefore required.

Since this is a first time project, I have no set budget in mind. We would have to discus about budgeting and logical length.
