Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled English-to-German translator to join our freelance team. Your primary responsibility will be translating documents, articles, websites, marketing materials, and other content from English to German with high accuracy, cultural adaptation, and fluency.

Responsibilitiesv
- Translate a variety of documents (business, technical, legal, marketing, etc.) from English to German.
- Ensure translations are culturally appropriate and maintain the original tone/meaning.
- Proofread and edit translated content for accuracy and fluency.
- Meet deadlines and communicate proactively about project progress.
- Work with clients on Freelancer.com (and other platforms) to deliver high-quality translations.

Requirements:
- Native-level German fluency with excellent English comprehension.
- Proven experience in professional translation (portfolio/samples required).
- Expertise in specific fields (e.g., legal, medical, technical, marketing) is a plus.
- Attention to detail, strong research skills, and cultural awareness.
- Familiarity with CAT tools (Trados, MemoQ, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines.
