I need a Geotechnical engineer to monitor removing the landfill materials in about 5 acers. Alpharetta GA

As per officials' requirements, I need a third party to monitor the removal of the landfill, including documenting each truck that hauls out landfill material and documenting a ticket(manifest) from each truck. Monitoring of fill placement and run in-place density test as needed on fill and backfill.
