Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 CAD
I’m planning a 3000sq ft residential home on a slab in Maple Creek, Saskatchewan and need a licensed structural engineer to move the project from concept to permit approval. The immediate priority is a complete foundation analysis that addresses our prairie soil conditions and satisfies Canada’s National Building Code requirements. I don’t yet have a geotechnical report, so part of the engagement will be guiding—and, if possible, arranging—the soil investigation, then incorporating its data into the design.
Once the ground conditions are confirmed, I’ll need sealed structural drawings, accompanying calculations, and any notes the municipal reviewer will expect so the package sails through the permit desk. Stamp must be valid in Saskatchewan.
