Rural Roadway Design, Texas

I need a complete engineering design package for a 3,000-ft rural major collector in Texas. The alignment will sit on flat terrain and I plan to pave it in concrete.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Horizontal and vertical alignment with plan & profile sheets suitable for county review
• Typical section and pavement design for concrete, including layer thicknesses and reinforcement details
• Cross-sections at appropriate stations showing earthwork limits and side slopes
• Preliminary drainage layout (culverts, ditches, inlets) sized to TxDOT or local criteria—open to your recommendations on exact structures
• Striping, signage, and any safety hardware (guardrail, end treatments) required for this functional classification
• A brief technical memo outlining design criteria, codes, and assumptions

I’m comfortable with industry-standard software such as OpenRoads—send the native files plus PDFs ready for submission.
Deliverables are due as a single zipped package, cleanly organized, and ready for revision cycles.
