Plaxis 3D Seismic Pile-Raft Model

I need a complete Plaxis 3D model of a pile-raft foundation un-resting directly on soil and subjected to earthquake loading. I will supply the soil density, shear strength and elastic modulus that should be assigned to the relevant soil layers. The job calls for both the usual construction-stage (static) analysis and a subsequent dynamic run. For the dynamic phase I can provide a seismic design spectrum; you will convert this into the appropriate input in Plaxis so the model reproduces the target ground motion.

Please set up the geometry, mesh, boundaries, construction stages, material models and damping in line with Plaxis guidelines, then run and verify the static results before moving on to the dynamic step. I expect the final package to include:

• the finished Plaxis 3D project file, ready for re-run or further editing
• screenshots (or the Plaxis report) showing key input dialogs and result plots
• a concise note explaining modelling choices and highlighting the main displacement, bending moment and stress outputs for both static and seismic cases

No additional design work is needed—just a robust, well-documented model that I can build on.
