Lock-Block Retaining Wall Design

I need a practical design package for a retaining wall built with lock blocks. The wall’s main role is slope stabilization on a site with loamy soil, so I’m looking for calculations and drawings that prove it can safely resist sliding, overturning, and bearing failure.

Here’s what I expect:
• Scaled plan and elevation views showing block layout, wall length, and stepped courses where needed
• Structural checks (gravity and soil parameters) with clear assumptions, factors of safety, and references to relevant codes
• Drainage and backfill notes suited to loam, including filter fabric, perforated pipe location, and weep‐hole spacing
• A concise material list (block count, geogrid length if required, drainage stone volume)
• A short installation guide so contractors understand excavation depth, compaction, and sequencing

Lock block size will be 18x18x36, each block weighs 1000lbs.

The wall will run north to south. The wall will be 20 feet back from the home on the south end of wall. The wall will be 32 feet from the home on the north end of the wall.

Wall dimensions:
34 feet x 90 inches high - south end
6 feet x 72 inches high - mid south end
12 feet x 72 inches - set back to north end
34 feet by 72 inches - north end
