We have a prior report that suggests TECCO and Shotcrete, but the city has forbidden shotcrete n other hill and TECCO contractors will not install onsite as it is not suitable. Tiebacks are very expensive so other options are appreciated. We have suggested geogrid for soil areas where walls will be removed, but not sure what is best for the remaining wall. Most appreciated will be advice concerning the use of retaining walls and slope reinforcement. Background in, and knowledge of these two techniques is essential.
