Dam Break Analysis

I manage 3 small reservoirs with earthen dams. I need a more accurate dam breach analysis (projection). The study I currently have is based on the NWS DAMBRK model and the inundation map is made using DHI MIKE 21 (2-dimensional). It is not accurate. I need a much more accurate projection of the dam failure, the amount of water being released over time and the path the water will follow with projected depth.
I will provide GIS files for elevation, streams, ditches, civil structures etc.
