I need a GIS specialist to generate aerial application maps

We need slope and aspect applied to boundary lines, we are looking at 3 different degrees of slope, 0-12, 12-25 and 25 degrees and greater. Aspect is mainly north/ south. These maps are then uploaded to agricultural aircraft that apply fertiliser which is automated using the uploaded map.
