need GIS mapping

consulting for creating a mapping presentation of survey data for a city. mapping schools, tobacco outlets (stores with survey data attached) in a map of one city. base map will include some roads in city. The sample map gives the outline of the intended city, and the base map to be used. Various points, schools and outlets, will be laid over this. There are 32 schools to be added and symbolized, and roughly 150 outlets which will be coded into three or more categories and appropriately symbolized.
