I need an ArcGIS Developer to help me with some steps

My project is looking at population data in California (census tract and blocks) and calculating the population-weighted centroids of these tracts and blocks. However, the only available data I can find on population data in California is for Zip Codes. I need to make a map using these zip codes shapefile and the census blocks and tracts shapefiles. I also need to calculate how many zip codes are in each census tract. Can someone help me with this and send me back the steps used to carry out this map? Thank you!
