geoserver set all country Map ....and detail map of india-database is PostGis

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me set up a geoserver for displaying data on a world map and a detailed map of India. Specifically, I need to display population data on both maps. I require all levels of detail for the India map, including state, district, and city level data. The database I am using is PostGis.
