WebGIS for Agriculture startup

Hi. I am CIO of Arconesia.com and with our current p2p lending system agriculture startup platform, we want to show exactly where our project is going on to the investor via our website. We also want to show how the crop fields that we are handling via satellite imageries, and probably some remote sensing analysis.
So, we want to have a WebGIS system that can show the exact location of our crop field. The WebGIS should be interactive and dynamic, as well as could be able to show the changes in that crop field over time. Some entities that could be used for the project are including PostgreSQL and PostGIS, Openlayers or Leaflet, as well as Geoserver (WMTS, WMS, WFS & WCS).
