Underground Cavity Detection and Measurement Solution

I'm looking for an innovative solution that can verify the presence of man-made cavities beneath the earth's surface at any given location. Once identified, the solution should provide all relevant measurements - height, width, length, and crucially, the depth from the earth's surface, along with a visual representation of the cavity. Cavity could be empty or could have some sort of minerals

Key Requirements:
- The solution must accept any location I provide.
- Deliverables include a fully documented end-to-end process.

Preferred Technologies:
- ArcGIS
- QGIS
- Python
- Ground-penetrating radar (GPR)
- Seismic surveys

Ideal Output:
- Measurements should be provided in Shapefile format.

This project is primarily geology-focused, aimed at assisting in construction planning.
