Tutoring for parcel labeling in QGIS - one to many relationship

Need someone to guide me how to do following:
I have Geopackage file with parcels (polygons) and excel table with parcel owners. As one parcel can have multiple parcel owners I establish one to many relationship. Now I wish to label parcel with one or more owners (as many parcel has). Parcel layer and excel table have mutual Parcel IDs. Resulting QGIS project and Geopackage should be compatible with QFIELD.
You will be responsible to explain me procedure and techniques as I wish to learn this process
