Trace Shapefiles from Orthophoto

We are looking for a GIS guru to trace accurate vegetation shapefiles, seperate by vegetation class, (dense, light, bush) from high resolution satellite imagery over an area spanning (16km x 16km, provided by us) and to provide the result in a UTM projected shapefile.

We will provide;
1. Source Imagery
2. Example Shapefiles pre-traced

We expect;
1. An improved set of shapefiles returned where vegetation is classed by its density or obvious type (forest, bushes).

We cannot accept;
1. Multipart shapefiles
2. Polygons with holes in them.
