Seeking GIS Expert for Hot Springs Detection Near Santiago de Chile

We are looking for a skilled GIS (Geographic Information Systems) specialist with experience in remote sensing and thermal anomaly detection. The project involves identifying potential hot springs in the vicinity of Santiago de Chile, exclusively within Chilean territory. The deliverable will be a comprehensive KMZ file indicating the sectors where thermal anomalies suggest the presence of hot springs.

**Project Scope:**

1. **Data Provided:**
- Public layers of political geography of Chile.
- Location data of active volcanoes in Chile.

2. **Requirements:**
- Analyze thermal imagery to identify potential thermal anomalies indicative of hot springs.
- Cross-reference detected anomalies with known geological features, particularly focusing on proximity to active volcanoes.
- Ensure that all identified anomalies are within the Chilean territory.

3. **Deliverable:**
- A KMZ file containing layers that indicate:
