Reproject and transform AutoCad file(DWG) and export to GIS format

I have a an older DWG file (from 2006 or so), that probaly was made without setting a projection back then. The file needs to fit into place, and not only reprojected. I know FME, ArcGIS can solve this, wheras QGIS are challenged fixing this. If you choose to do it so in QGIS, then a short documentation on how you did would be great.

I can provide other data sets if neeed to accomplish the task.
