QGIS developer

Proficiency in QGIS open-source cartographic processing software ("confirmed" profile)
Ability and autonomy to source data on various free access portals (GIS layers of urban planning regulations, seismic maps, etc.): The minimum skill required can be contextualized through the recovery of source data from the Geoportal of the town planning
Ability to search for specific paid and updated data on various subjects (eg georeferenced real estate price of new programs)
Integration of georeferenced data to a study carried out under QGIS in order to set up simple queries. When possible, this data should be inserted as an updated feed
These requests must make it possible to extract in spreadsheet form the information required (PLU, earthquake, etc.) for a specific study system (e.g. by postal address, by cadastral parcel, etc.)
Ability to design, implement and improve the queries requested under QGIS, in order to ultimately transmit a simple query tool adapted to the needs of the CANUPI company, and to train its agents in everyday use
