QGIS CRS WKT for Cylindrical Equal Area at 45° 1st Standard Latitude

I need assistance with QGIS to create a WKT (well known text) to define a CRS (coordinate reference system) for a Cylindrical Equal Area at 45° 1st Standard Latitude. (Gall-Peters projection)

Unfortunately the proj string
"+proj=cea +lon_0=0 +x_0=0 +y_0=0 +lat_ts=45 +ellps=WGS84 +datum=WGS84 +units=m +no_defs"
does NOT work.
