Network Maps Digitization & Features Extraction

I’m seeking a professional with strong GIS skills to help me digitize and extract features from network maps.

Key Tasks:
- Digitize features into polygons
- Create center line poly line features for each image
- Populate image data into feature attributes

Requirements:
- Expertise in Geographic Information System (GIS)
- Proficiency in digitizing and data extraction
- Ability to work with Image (JPEG, PNG) formats
- Attention to detail for capturing basic features like major roads and landmarks

Experience in network map digitization is a plus. Please include relevant examples of your previous work in your proposal.
