Layered Maps Creation in QGIS
Budget: $25 β $50 USD
Looking for a freelancer to work on QGIS projects. The need is on-going and is anticipated to be several small projects each week. I'll require turnaround time to be less than 3 days. The typical workflow is:
* Create and edit QGIS files to standard layer preferences (most already standardized and available to the freelancer).
* Import CSV files.
* Connect the dots to create wetland boundary lines.
* Import and manipulate data available from public sites, such as lot lines.
* Create and label contours from publicly available LIDAR data sources.
* Integrate aerial imagery from drone orthophotos or web map services with point locations.
* Perform area takeoffs
* Offset lines to create/show buffer areas
* Perform percentage calculations, such as % Impervious area, and % woodland areas, etc.
* Create a detailed legend and notes to supplement the graphic information.
I have some experience in QGIS and am seeking assistance to generate product; in order to focus more on the field work and business needs. While client-ready figures would be nice, itβs likely more practical to share project and/or shape files. (I can edit, if needed)
