Land Base project QGIS mapping

I'm seeking an experienced GIS mapping specialist to help me with a land base project. The project specifically involves QGIS mapping for carbon project purposes, using data that I will provide. In particular, I'm looking for a specialist who can create a detailed map to a granular level of detail. I have plenty of existing data that the specialist will be able to use.
