Interactive GIS Mapping Project

I'm seeking a skilled GIS specialist or developer to extract data from the provided map link. The project involves creating an interactive map similar to '270 to Win', incorporating both the Presbytery and Synod levels. In 270 to win districts are colored according to political leanings. In this instance we are coloring according to Theological leanings.

Data extraction should include:
- District boundaries: Presbytery and Synod
- Church locations

The interactive map should feature:
- Interactive filters for user engagement
- Data export options for further analysis

The visualization on the interactive map should utilize:
- Color-coded regions to represent different data sets or categories
