Identify all corner lots in ArcGIS parcel shape file

I have a shape file with approximately 35,000 parcels. I need the shape file to be modified so that it identifies all of the parcels at a corner (where 2 or more sides of the parcel are beside a street). Please include a brief description of your qualifications and experience related to this particular task as well as a brief explanation of how you would accomplish the task - I need to know you are qualified because too many people exaggerate their GIS qualifications and then realize they can't do the job!
