1. **Land input**: Address + initial area
2. **Geocoding**: Coordinates (Google Maps or Mapbox)
3. **Query Gridics PropZone API** with coordinates or address
4. **Response from PropZone**:
- Applicable zoning (e.g., R-3, T6-8)
- FAR (Floor Area Ratio)
- Maximum density
- Maximum height
- Permitted uses
- Setbacks, restrictions
- Maximum buildable area
5. **Land visualization on an interactive map**:
- Georeferenced parcel (optional: integration with Regrid, LightBox, or local GIS)
6. **Internal processing**:
- Estimated architectural capacity algorithm
- Automatic generation of inputs for financial analysis
7. **Basic financial calculation** (provided by Assets10):
- Estimated revenue, costs, and return on investment (ROI, IRR)
