Geospatial Data Base Workflow Design

I am looking for a freelancer to design a workflow for a geospatial database with the main objective of integration with other systems. The expected size of the database is small, with less than 100,000 records. The ideal candidate should have experience with QGIS or ArcGIS as it is the preferred GIS software for the project. The workflow design should include data analysis and visualization, as well as storage and retrieval of data and processing of data to obtain a outcome. The final product should be user-friendly and easily maintainable. It can be related to any sector but should include geospatial data as the above project is aimed for M. Tech (GEOINFORMATICS) Assignment.
Data sources can be open source or crowd source data.
